Hane been onto your site and it says £3.99 plus £ 1 postage. How do i get the free magazine plus £ 2.49 postage.

i have got the creative cardmaking magazine issue 15 and there is an adverisment saying you can get a free creative cardmaking special edition and just pay the postage if you visit the pracitcal publishing website. i have been on the webiste and there is no reference to this. it is not only this issue but i have tried before.
