To create...
Cut a panel measuring approximately 11x7cm from white bouquet paper. Mount onto black cardstock.
Cut a thin strip of white cardstock to measure 1x7cm. Using sticky dots, attach the black flower Paper Frill to the white card strip. Mount onto black card and attach to the white bouquet panel approximately 1.5cm from the edge.
Cut a 6cm circle from the white card. Ink up the dress stamp and stamp onto the circle.
Cut a 7cm circle from the black bouquet paper and attach the dress image as shown. Mount onto black card and use the decorative scissors to create a scalloped edge.
On a scrap of white card, stamp the words 'happy birthday' in black ink and mount onto black cardstock. Cut scalloped edges from the black cardstock and trim to create borders for the card blank. Attach using sticky dots.
Attach the white bouquet panel to the card blank using double-sided tape. Add the dress panel using foam pads and mount the happy birthday panel using 3D foam.
Using small dots of 3D clear gloss, attach the acrylic gemstones. Cover the remainder of the dress with 3D clear gloss finish and allow to dry for around three hours.
