To create...
Cut a panel measuring approximately 15x10.5cm from black paisley paper. Adhere this to the base card using double-sided tape.
Cut a panel measuring approximately 7x4cm from white paisley paper. Cut out a panel from white cardstock measuring 4.5x2cm.
Print out a cupcake image and trim to create an 8x6.5cm panel, ensuring that the image is closer to the top. Using a black pen, doodle two lines around the edge of the panel.
Tie ribbon around the cupcake panel, then mount onto black card. Set to one side.
Ink up the 'happy birthday' stamp using black ink and stamp it onto the smaller white card panel. Mount onto black cardstock.
Stick the white paisley panel to the black paisley panel using double-sided tape. Stick the cupcake cake panel to the black paisley panel using foam pads. Add the happy birthday panel to the white paisley panel using double-sided tape.
Add a touch of glitter glue to the candles and the icing on the cupcake image. Also add a touch of glitter glue to the centre of some of the flowers on the paisley paper. Leave for an hour to allow the glitter glue to dry.
